Location, parking (validate ticket at reception each time in/out) and mostly, Hotel Staff, this is what makes the difference. From Reception to Room service, staff was a +10. We used room service late hour almost at the end of their work time and the support was 5*, from the minute the phone was answered to service delivery. The food quality was also above than in the restaurant we eat in the area near by. We booked a Junior Suite with City View and had an office area as a separate room vs sleeping area. Very comfortable bed. Overall, a very good location for city center easy access and we would recommended especially for the good level of service provided.

Pros: -Quite a big room so that we could isolate our dog on one side of the room at night (he snores a lot) -The view from the room (10th floor) was excellent -The room itself was very clean -Extremely polite staff that helped us with a mixup which was Booking's fault -Very good breakfast -Huge private parking with tons of space and free for the hotel guests

I must say, I was already familiar with the hotel, but once again, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the team. The room they offered exceeded my expectations, providing ample space and a remarkably comfortable, large bed. It was truly a delightful experience. I am seriously considering returning to this facility in the near future.

Reception staff very polite and professional, ready to help with whatever is in their area of decision. Parking always available, no extra cost. Central position, rooms have nice view on upper floors.
